Join us at our monthly meetings for an update of society news, future events, become a member and listen to talks on a historical subject usually with local interest.

We are also active in local projects including the transcription of Parish Registers, recording historic buildings and heritage preservation.


The Society has a large archive of local material including books, newspaper transcripts documents and photographs which are available for research purposes by arrangement.
